- Build our brand from the ground up—visual identity, tone of voice, design language—and make rightflow recognizable and trustworthy across all touchpoints
- Design the user experience for our autonomous agents—translating complex, highly regulated workflows into interfaces that lawyers immediately understand and trust
- Conceptualize and build our website and landing pages—using Lovable and Claude Design, you'll bring ideas to life quickly
- Design pitch decks, sales decks, and marketing materials that convince clients and ignite investors' passion
- Work closely with the founding team on brand, product, and go-to-market
- Collaborate closely with Product and Growth, incorporating user and market feedback directly into the design
- Proactively contribute ideas—you don't wait for briefings, you get started
- Build our AI-first design infrastructure—agent pipelines, automation, and tools like Lovable

- Several years of experience in product and/or brand design—ideally in a startup or generalist environment
- Your portfolio demonstrates breadth: not just product UX or just brand, but both
- Confident using modern design and development tools, quick to learn new tools and workflows
- You make complex things simple—translating technical or regulatory issues into clear, trustworthy designs
- Native-level German
- Confident English (C1)
- Self-organized, self-reliant, and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment
- Plus: experience in cross-functional roles (Growth, Product Management, Product Development)
- Plus: experience in the legal/law firm environment
