- You independently identify new target customers in the SMB segment—focused on law firms in the DACH region and internationally—and build your pipeline through targeted outreach via cold calling, email, and social selling
- You qualify leads, quickly identify genuine needs, and guide prospects efficiently through the sales cycle
- You run compelling product demos and consultative conversations—making complex technology accessible even for non-technical decision-makers
- You create proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
- You keep your accounts and activities organized in the CRM and use it actively to manage your pipeline
- You work closely with the founder & COO, actively shaping the sales strategy
- You collaborate closely with Marketing and Product to feed market insights directly back into the business
- You proactively bring new ideas and suggestions—you don't wait to be told, you take ownership

Your mission
Your profile
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales—ideally in a full-cycle model
- You have a proven track record in both new business acquisition and closing, not just one side of the process
- You have solid technical understanding and can explain complex products clearly to non-technical audiences
- Native-level German
- Confident English at C1 level
- Experienced with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot) and comfortable with data-driven ways of working
- Self-organized, autonomous, and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment
- You enjoy taking initiative and driving things forward rather than waiting for clear instructions
- Experience in the legal sector (lawyers, tax advisors, notaries) is a plus—but not a must
