Senior Software Developer – Full Stack GenAI (m/w/d | m/f/d)

Your mission

  • You build our product end-to-end: from the interface lawyers trust, through the backend services, down to the infrastructure it all runs on
  • You wire our agent core into the product, translating autonomous, complex workflows into features that feel simple and safe
  • You own deployment and operations: CI/CD, hyperscalers (AWS/GCP/Azure) and/or Kubernetes, monitoring
  • You code with high leverage. With Claude Code (or your tool of choice) you ship features fast
  • You integrate GenAI where it creates real value, with an eye on reliability, cost, and quality
  • You work closely with the founding team and Product, actively shaping product and tech strategy
  • You keep quality high across the whole stack, from tests to security to maintainability
  • You proactively bring ideas. You don't wait for tickets; you spot where your code creates the most business impact

Your profile

  • You bring several years of experience as a full-stack developer and have shipped features independently from idea to production
  • You're confident across the entire stack. Frontend, backend, and infrastructure are not "foreign territory" to you
  • You have deployment experience: hyperscalers (AWS/GCP/Azure) and/or Kubernetes, CI/CD, and running things in production
  • You have experience with agents / multi-agent systems and integrating GenAI into real products
  • You code with high leverage and high speed. AI-assisted development (Claude Code or similar) is part of your everyday work
  • You work with high autonomy. You take ownership, make decisions, and see them through
  • You're comfortable solving ambiguous problems that don't have a clear path yet
  • You prioritize impact and full ownership of your project over rigid working hours
  • You communicate confidently in English (C1). German is a plus, but not a must
  • Experience in the legal sector is a plus
